Yup, this has been an annoying thing on orange servers.. I got sick n tired in the end of repeating myself, back when I was a mod obviously. :/

It's a shame that TF2 doesn't use the same interfaces are gmod uses, as I'm sure you can do a lot more and suggest more when it comes to something like this.. if it was possible, Id make it so you have to double click *cough* press which ever option you voted for with a delay in between, and if...
