Do you ever ban or gag permanently? I don't really understand your punishments honestly Also for me, and it's just my opinion a 30 mins gag or ban isn't really necessary, I would directly do 1 hour

Sorry but we always ban for blocking (After warning them). And same for delaying, if they do it it's clearly to be annoying
