The video you uploaded does not start at the beginning of the round so it would be hard to determine if it was a freekill or not. Do you have a video/demo that starts from the start of round??

It is an enforced rule, however I don't see it written anywhere, in any capacity. This is something I think Chris should expand the "No Illegal FF" or the "Meat grinder/arena" section.

I think the best solution to uninformed players would be to have messages that appear in the server chat that says stuff like "AFK Frozen means no moving, no usage of mouse, and no taunting. However, healing with a medigun counts as being AFK frozen.", "Blues are not allowed to open rebel...
