I think buildings inside spawn is perfectly fair. Soldiers and demos can still destroy them from outside spawn and the sentries themselves stop potential campers that aren't spies. Go Black Box solly and your problem is solved.

Hi there, Taxi-Man. It may just be my PC, but I think that the demo file you provided is corrupt. The demo cuts out a few seconds into the demo and, at least on my end, crashes the game. Could you perhaps review the demo yourself to see if the same thing occurs for you?
