Try typing in the tf2 console connect 209.58.168.131:27070 If you dont know how to open console , go to your steam library , click with mouse 2 in Tf2 > Properties>General >Define launcher parametres and type '-console' from the game you can open it to in the options.

In my opinion hales range are balance, you are in a 1vs x players. This 1 should have something to balance the games.(And in a close map neither). That is not in the case of FF2 servers cause i dont know the ranges in that kind of boss. However i am doing my own opinion.
