Even if it was a donator only thing I would still be largely against it. There is no need for this suggestion to be implemented. In addition, people already abuse donator, what's to say that they won't abuse emoji perms on the forums.

In all honesty, carnival would be one of my favourite maps if it wasn't limited by the technical restrictions of tf2 itself, causing the issues that it currently has. Due to its nature of crashing and other problematic behaviours, I think it is for the best that this map gets removed.
