I was just wondering for curiosity sake if you throw a jarate while on blue if it's freehiting or baiting, I would consider it baiting so the duration of jarate the reds are allowed to chase the sniper who threw the jarate at them and once the jarate affect has finished they may no longer chase... -

I think 2-8 would be simple fix because 4-9 is just uncomfortable to reach and press while you are in the middle of a game. -
