You should make a positive change to your behavior, be helpfull by making reports and show that you've learned from your mistakes. This can give you some credibility but if you go back to your old self then people can see you haven't changed for the better and that credibility can then be taken...

If you do a freerun and ask for minigame, you just have to hope that there are people that will respect your request. I will always take whatever the Blu asks if it's freerun as that seems like a respectful thing to do.
