The order must be possible and reasonable to complete by all non-rebelling reds at the time it is given. If both criteria are met the order is legal, not favoritising, and remaining reds can be killed for not complying in time.
I don't think you're very sincere given you've been muted many times now and didn't care to apologize or appeal before because they were all temporary.

This is incorrect. The only accepted and official definition is afk freeze. "Normal afk" is not a recognized order unless warden explicitly gives such a definition for his own custom order.
