After trudging through 2 hours of gameplay, I can safely assure you that the person you're trying to report is in fact not abusing cl_interp at all.

After watching through almost 2 hours of footage, I can safely say that the player you're reporting is not indeed using anti-backstab hacks.

While some moments do seem suspicious, the player does not seem to be using any third party software to gain an advantage. If you do happen to get more evidence, feel free to submit a new report.
