I don't really like the idea of bhop being skill based like it is in Jailbreak. It makes it so that people who know how to do it properly (or secretly use a macro) have an advantage. I don't really like this in Jailbreak and I would hate to see it in Deathrun too. That being said, I do agree...

Because bhop has been removed from JB's VSH we have decided to buff hale's hp back to it's original state

Here's the problem with bhop in Saxton Hale: If a red bhops (and hale doesn't) then it becomes much more difficult for the hale to kill them, especially when they're an already hard-to-kill class like Scout, Pyro, Spy... Not to mention how demo and soldier can reach insane speeds with just one...
