The fact that you find our rules inconvenient doesn't give you the right to break them. Also, while I haven't watched them yet, so I could be mistaken, I highly doubt you were "defending yourself" in all three of the demos presented.

Punished Pings for everyone that died during that use of FF. Yuko in all likelyhood was terminating a Mass Freekiller, which is what I suspect was the reason for this happening to begin with, and as such I will not be punishing him based on this context alone.

Not knowing that breaking a breakable is auto-KoS doesn't mean they are pardoning/favoring the offender. There wouldn't be any blues left if this was the case. It would only be pardoning/favoring if they were objectively obvious rebels (e.g. grabbing ammo/taunt killing a blue or running away)...
