Undead has been punished for bypassing his mute however, forgot he was banned for doing so previously.

As this is an edge case I'll let it slide this time, he only waited a second or two after starting to announce the restriction. It's not enough to punish him for pardoning either, since he likely didn't notice and he ended up dead anyway.

JFK (the blue present there) is a donor, and is thus immune to being autobalanced in Jailbreak. Once there are enough reds to permit a second guard, other players will be able to join blue.

BBQ, rage, and rogue have been punished. You are never obligated to forcewarden unless there's a red who has earned and requires LR, so osu will not be punished. Also please don't include chat logs unless they're part of the report, and if they are, give me an idea of what I should be looking...
