I kind of don't see the point. The capture point and the timer are there to avoid long rounds and delaying. Why would a regular player vote to turn these off if it means that they potentially have to wait longer for a new round to start

Just recently changed the actual post limit of PHP to 100mb, so that should be the official limit now. If you have demos bigger than that, then you could use services such as dropbox or mediafire

The admin has talked to me about this and I approved the ban. You have been unbanned for now, but as @Ben289 stated, there is a rule that states that you have to be willing to be a guard when you are on the blue team.
