Floor's are usually a trigger_hurt which does X damage per tick the player is touching them. If the X is less than the players health they can usually escape it.

A screenshot doesn't give us any context. It's very possible that you weren't following orders even if you didn't realize it. Please make a new report with demo evidence next time.

The player in question has been suspected but found clean for hacking before. Since his last ban which was appealed he has gained hundreds of hours in tf2 and 8 steam levels. The first demo is in third person which is mostly useless. He doesn't make any suspicious shots just one skilled airshot...
