Line leaders are considered favoritism, as that red can go as fast, or as slow, as he wishes, and none of the other reds can pass him. Allowing heavies to run to "catch up" is forbidden for a similar reason, as it extends a liberty to certain reds that others can't take advantage of. @Kirito...
