I hope you're not just wandering the map as a blue whenever you see someone with rebel status, that would lead to you being teambanned. The main purpose is it discourages freeday abuse. People have rebel status all the time from hitting baiters and what not, another few doesn't mean anything...

Custom lr only disappears from the bottom of your screen if you die during the round it is active (including suicide during pre round timer I believe). Idea isn't a bad idea. Added a vote.

You just have to wait when connecting to the server. Once you finish the download once it will be done forever and you won't need to redownload it upon rejoining.

First demo he should have just cast a voteslay afterwards, however it isn't the worst thing in the world to kill him before he freekills more since there's a vote delay. The second demo he did completely donor abuse, banned and filed for his powers to be removed.
