Try this: Quit the game Remove all instances of jb_turbine in your downloads folder Download http://fdl.blackwonder.tf/tf/maps/jb_turbine_v3.bsp.bz2 Place the unpacked version into your downloads/maps folder Remove the bz2 file if you also put it in the downloads/maps folder
