There are 3 ways of getting credits You get credits overtime. If you're not a donor, you will get 1 - 4 credits around 5 - 10 mins, but if you are a donor you will get 2 - 7 credits. (I might be wrong) People can gift you credits. You can do contracts.

I'm not an admin but I would like to help. The demo doesn't show much, but around tick 20400 the sniper does a full 180ﾟ under a sec on the demoman and medic(which is super suspicious)not to mention, getting 5 kills in less then a sec too. In my opinion, it looks like a clear cheater to me...
