It hasn't been available for view to non admins for quite a while now. Currently with the new JB plugin we can't check teamban reasons either so you'll have to appeal and hope the admin who banned you remembers.

Sniper bow arrows and medic crossbows are unable to hit enemy players, they just disappear mid air if they get too close to an enemy.
