You cheated on an alt and got banned. Then you connected with your main 20 minutes later and got banned. Then you connected with another alt two hours later and got banned. Then you used a third alt another two hours later and got banned again. We do not unban cheaters.

You can't apply for developer (it only exists cuz Noodl doesn't like admin pings). To be a mapper you need to create a unique map or fix several maps for our servers. You don't get anything special, it's just a badge for notoriety.
