So yea throwing jarate or mad milk at reds is baiting and no reds cannot chase the blue that threw it at them since chasing is rebelling and also he warden would be "Ok kill that blue reds." No kill orders on blues are not allowed so no if the blue it caught baiting with jarate multiple times...

Because reds cannot chase blues that are baiting since it's considered baiting. Also many people that tend to play blue decide not to read the rules so if they saw all the reds rushing one blue for throwing something on them, they will think they're rebelling and kill them all.

It's baiting, jarate, mad milk, stuff like that is baiting if thrown to the reds. And no the reds should not chase the sniper because all the reds will be killed for rebelling since they're chasing down the sniper.
