Video in Question I don't really know if there is much to argue about here. These minigun snaps are far to spastic and consistent for it to not be a case of botting. You also have a VAC Ban on your record which doesn't help your case.

Continuing on what 10k said, spam vote kicking is a waste of time and doesn't fix the issue hardly as the player can just join back punishment free. Vote kicking is mostly a tool just to stop someone from exploiting. For future notice if you notice someone being racist/not behaving appropriately...
