This idea has been rejected before because it baselessly punishes legit users on a VPN. Rule breakers will just keep shuffling through IPs until they find one that isn't banned.

All three accounts under your IP were banned within a week and they are all throwaway alts including the account you're on now. This account was banned 11 minutes after the first one was for cheating so I don't quite think you happened to change onto an IP someone hacked on that recently.

sm_resizehands requires a value and is not available to players. sm_resizemyhands is just a toggle (like /tp) and will toggle hand size only if you're a donor.
