That's sadly not enough. You're also warden so I can't hear any of the given orders to confirm whether or not any of those people are KoS. I'd recommend either turning on voice_loopback 1 in console or to avoid recording while warden in the future.

One of the concerns I'm seeing from the report is poor mic quality on your part, have you rectified that in the three years you've been muted?

Prove to any staff member in-game that you have a working microphone and the no mic aspect of your teamban will be cleared. As for the freekills, I think setting the punishment length to a week before removing it seems reasonable unless @StenRodd has any objections.
