You can play on our servers by using your main steam account, the one you're appealing for was used for avoiding punishments, that's why it's permanently banned. (regarding the comm block)

I don't want your apologies. What I truly want is an improvement from your previous self and not applying again after two mere weeks. This is just my opinion though, other admins might not agree with me.

Anyways, leaving aside your poorly written application and your inadequate punishments, with that huge amount of commblocks+bans, I assure you this application won't get accepted, I suggest you to wait 6 to 12 months, do a full change on your behaviour and then apply if you feel ready to do so...
