It doesn't look great when the other account only joined and cheated on the same server you play on yourself. I will decline the appeal, but leave it unlocked in case you want to send a list of the other accounts that use your computer, so that we might learn more and work something out.

Since the evidence is no longer available, you don't show up on any anticheat logs, the staff members involved are no longer staff and it has been three years without your account receiving any cheating-related bans elsewhere, I'll remove this ban in case you are a legitimate player after all.

You should be able to manually disassociate your steam account from your forum account, unless you created the account itself by logging in through steam. In this case you will have to make a new account and then we can merge the two
