I think giving a maximum amount of reds would be good. Especially some Wardens give 1 minute per Prisoner and you only have 10 minutes minus time spend on becomming Warden, giving orders and arriving at destination.

Demos are for it to have things seen in perspective or for clear proof. I always told Rob before he was admin that a screenshot would do as spawncamping is pretty clear if you entered the Enemy Spawn.

I don't see any problems with the punishments. You'll learn quickly as an admin who and what for howlong punishments have to be. But for hackers, you didn't mention recording a demo, that's still needed if they would come to appeal that we can proof you did a justified ban.
