Which Unusual Effect do you think is the most underrated in Team Fortress 2?

In my opinion, orbiting fire is really underrated due to how people underestimate how noticable it looks.

...even if orbiting effects are kind of broken at the moment.

Haunted Ghosts. I think it's underrated because it should be the highest tier since it's so good
