Stealing/Blocking, Ban evasion.

Why should we revoke your punishment?
My punishment should be revoked because it has come to my attentions that blw staff aren't acting on those whom steal in the game of dodgeball, and considering how most of my bans were because of stealing i think i deserve another chance. When it comes to the ban evasion punishment, it's fair enough, however, i have in some sense come to realise that no matter how silly the circumstances were leading up to, and causing, any ban against me is just something i have to accept, and that it is most likely a consequence of my own doing. Furthermore, i have been informed by a couple of staff members that have decided that a permanent ban disengagement is a reasonable step forward. I have never cheated, and never will cheat on a blackwonder server because that is not what i am all about.

This i completely agree with, and i believe this is a valid point.

I do believe you have had a change of heart and you have been banned since January (8 months) and i think this is enough time. For now I'll unban you from all BLW servers unless any other staff have something to say. I personally believe there is no reason to keep someone banned for a rule we seem to not punish anymore, and there is no point in holding a silly grudge. Also, for the ban evading punishment 8 months is long enough to wait.
