In 90 crates over the course of 5 years, the only things I've received worth more than the keys they cost to open are:
A minimal wear sand cannon rocket launcher (5 keys at the time)
A strange Killer's Exclusive (3 keys ATT, but never got to sell it and it's now 1 key)
An 'allied healing done' strange part (4 keys ATT)

During this event I've opened 10 and got one strange commando-grade hat for the spy, worth approximately the key it cost me to open.
