1) although Jesus has already pointed out the rules you must know that the moment you say freerun you're strictly forbidden to activate traps around reds/runners which potentially can get them killed.
2) If you're a red/runner and are still alive you can tell anything in regards of chance doors. Being a spectator (whether joined the spectator team or waiting for the next round to start) you are not capable of telling anything that can bring people through unless it is a freerun in order to prevent delaying.
