I like so much off this server's and i know is soo hard to have a server,but the braziliam servers need a guy too moderate

-The work of a Moderator is restrain players who broke the rules.So punishments, are another tool for that purpose.
Could you add punishment ladders?(You can take ideas from other applicants without copying them).
