Answered Can you build on climb in VSH mode?

Some players are saying you can't, others are saying you can but I don't really see it on the rules. Also hale can reach engi nest it is possible.
If you can't please explain why?

It isn't just climb, you cannot build in any minigame or area that requires precise movement to get to it due to the rule "no camping in unreachable areas"

This "pistol" replaces the sapper and, while it's range and damage are pitiful, it shares it's ammo pool with your revolver, giving it a massive reserve ammo increase as long as you don't use it all up firing the secondary.

No. All buildings are prohibited, as they can be used to reach unintended areas.
