Basicly, I got muted while he wasn't online for using binds. I was in bed while I got muted and my computer was offline. He had no proof but to check the logs.
Yet, this guy that said the n word infront of him got off completly free in the demo.(The rest of the demo is useless since I recorded it because I knew something would happen)

I've been muted for 3 days now for using binds that aren't even offensive to anyone, plus some staffs even use binds and I don't think theres any problems with it. I can agree that one of my bind is maybe a bit too much but, it isn't offensive in any way to anyone, plus I've got friends that uses it and they're fine.

That demo is 100k ticks long, could you give us a tick location?
1) I'm not omniscient, I'm not always aware of the instant people break rules while I'm on.
2) I didn't just randomly decide to gag you, I was resolving one of your reports and decided to check your logs to see if you said anything to provoke the accused users. I found nothing of the sort, but I did find more of the binds that I told you specifically to stop using on your appeal. Admittedly I should've made a notation that I did this on the report itself, but it seems I forgot to do so, for which I apologize. I will amend my response to the report shortly.
3) Inappropriate content is forbidden by the rules. Contrary to popular belief, I don't say things just to hear myself talk. If your friends are using binds that are similarly inappropriate, you are more than welcome to report them.

Your friend may appeal, but it seems he is being punished because he says the n-word over and over again.
One instance of someone saying the n-word may not warrant a punishment based on context. Could you provide the tick for the situation you are talking about?

Ah, that. "Nigga" doesn't necessarily warrant instant punishment on its own, it would have to be used in a clearly insulting manner for that. I gave him a warning in chat and it didn't happen again (as you can see from his logs, https://tfstats.tf/player/3139652), so I didn't see any need to punish him for it. If he had used -er that would've been different.

After reviewing the demo, Miranha said "nigga" once and 10k immediately told him not to.
This didn't warrant a gag because he was warned and didn't proceed to use that word again because he disconnected shortly afterward.
As for your gag, you were told to not use your binds/explicit language about rape in your appeal on May 7th
