Completed Remove/Change ads on MGE

I understand that having that many servers is very expensive, but on MGE those ads are very irritating.
The fact that you're locked for 3 seconds after respawning often causes free deaths/free kills and kind of defeats the purpose of MGE.

I would suggest removing the lock and letting the ads play in the background to at least give the player the option to move around and shoot back.

Disabling it every time I join MGE to enable it afterwards sounds fairly annoying, but if there's no other solution I'll do this. Thank you.
