Why would you like to become a moderator?
Almost of all my playtime i have never seen any moderator or administrator on this server.
There is literally no one to punish bad guys. Everyday i can see disrespect and breaking rules players on the server.
I'm playing on this server usually and this is my favourite one, and i wan't to try to be moderator, which i've never been before.
I'm very friendly to everyone, i've never being rude to others.

When are you usually available to play?
Monday-Friday i can be avaible from 4PM-8PM. Sunday-Saturday from 7PM-10PM, but at weekends i can be busy

Being offensive to others: Warn a person > 1 hour gag/mute > 3 hours > 1 day > 3 days > 1 week > 2 weeks > 3 weeks 1 month > Permanent

Racism: 1 day gag/mute > 3 days gag/mute > 1 week > 2 weeks > 3 weeks 1 month > Permanent

Foreign language(Voice): Warning > 2nd warn > 1 hour mute > 3 hours > 1 day > 3 days > 1 week > 2 weeks > 3 weeks 1 month > Permanent

Micspam/Chatspam: Warning a guy > 2nd warn > 1 hour mute > 3 hours > 1 day > 3 days > 1 week > 2 weeks > 3 weeks 1 month > Permanent

inappropriate content: Warn a guy to change his stuff to something okay or delete it > Perm. spray/objector ban

Hacking: First i make a proof of it and then perm. ban

Advertising haks: Perm. mute and gag

Calladmin abuse: 1 day ban > 3 days ban > 1 week > 2 weeks> 3 weeks > 1 month > Permanent.

Spawncamping: Warn everyone to stay away from enemy spawn > 10 minutes ban > 30 minutes ban > 1 hour ban > 3 hours ban > 12 hours ban > 1 day ban > 3 days ban > 1 week ban > 2 weeks ban > 1 month ban > Permanent ban

I have question about chat rule: If a guy is being rude to others on another language on voice/chat, does it count for breaking rule(s)? Can you report/punish him and how to make a proof of it?

What if they come back after 30 minutes? will you keep banning them for 30 minutes?
In general, your punishment section needs a little more, I believe most punishments should end with a permanent one.

You don't have any punishments logged, and I checked through your recent chatlogs, and they seem pretty fine to me.

In general, your punishment section needs a little more, I believe most punishments should end with a permanent one.

Chat logs: Nothing bad here either, at least not after the beta reset.
Ladders: Gibus has already addressed some of the stuff here, but theres still a few minor issues.

I would just perm a player after any 1 month punishment, if they behave themselves for a few months they have the option of making an appeal, if they dont it saves you the trouble of having to punish them again.

Spawn camping starts at a day and progresses like a normal ladder from there, eventually capping at a perm ban. Warnings are ultimately given at your discretion, but if a player continues to break the same rule after being warned and slayed for it, continuing to warn/slay them likely wont make much difference.
Conclusion/Personal Thoughts: Your application looks alright, your priors and logs look clean and your ladders are okay. You also have spent some time in our reports section, always a plus. I have one concern, however: as noted in the previous app, your steam account is a bit sketchy. In addition to the previously mentioned locations, SteamID.io places you in Afghanistan, for whatever reason. Regardless, your intentions seem good, and aside from the account issues I think you'd make a decent staff member. Good luck ;p

Changed all ladders like you recommended me Perm. banning after 1 month of punishment for not having trouble in future.
