sometimes I see people requesting help on the discord and I want to help them however I don't know what I can do to help them since I don't have access to any commands

You could donate. It gives you access to some commands. Not the admin commands though. You can call votes on players if they're doing something wrong as a donor.

Or you join the server and make a demo, then you use that demo to make a report. I think that's a lot handier as you have proof and the admins can handle that shit whenever they can/see it.
