Imagine two yellow lines, one closest to the cells and the other further to cells and the first yellow line but is still visible.

If the warden said "Go to the yellow line", are the reds allowed to go to both yellow lines? Or must they go to the closest location that describes a yellow line?

Another question is, does the warden have to clarify, for example, "Go to the yellow line, closest to cells"?

Warden doesn't have to clarify since "No Detours or Delays" are in the rules but it would be good if they did. The player would go to the yellow line closest to them if left unspecified. So let's say the warden just says "Go to the yellow line". The player would bumrush to the yellow line closest to them. But if the warden says "Go to the yellow line closest to cells" then the player would follow that order with the stated location. As for your question, If warden just says to go to the yellow line then reds should go to the CLOSEST yellow line to them.
