Completed New RTDs ideas

I've put the Conditions and Attributes names, if that helps.

General:
Bigg Mann - A 50% or 75% player size increase (Name is a reference to a Scout cosmetic)
Minicrits - Could use Criticola's cond (TFCond_CritCola)
Small Head - Highpitched voice and head size multiplied by 0.25
Marked for Death - TFCond_MarkedForDeath
Gas - TFCond_Gas
More Knockback taken - Player attribute: "damage force reduction" and "airblast vulnerability multiplier", value: "5.0"
Huge Melee Range - Player attribute: "melee range multiplier", value: 5.0
Out of Ammo - Take off all your ammo, but not weapons.
Build Teleporter - First "E" press builds the Entrance and the second builds the Exit.

Koth/Arena only:
Faster Capping - Player attribute: "increase player capture value", value: 5

Scout only:
Infinite Hype (Soda Popper only) - TFCond_CritHype
No Double Jumps - "air dash count" value: -9 (So, you won't be able to use even Atomizer's triple jump or Hype's multiple double jumps).

Pyro only:
Burnable - TFCond_BurningPyro (Permanent, until you die)
Free Airblasts - Player attribute: "airblast cost decreased", value: 0.

Engineer only:
Bigger Buildings Radius - "engy sentry radius increased" and "engy dispenser radius increased", value: 4.0

Knockback: increased by 4.0 on the player.

That's all I can be bothered to do tonight.
Haven't tested them either. Assuming they work.
