Why were you punished?
I was punished for using a Vote Mute against a player on BLU who was "Freekilling and had no Mic." The reason why I did that was because you can't go on BLU if you have a mute so thats what I normally do.

Why should we revoke your punishment?
I really do find this ban unfair due to the fact that I am only trying to get rid of this no mic man for breaking a couple of rules. Like I said before, vote mute is my equivalent to team ban if there were no admins online. On the bright side, the guy doesn't even have a mic. Vote MUTE doesn't have an affect except for a temporary team ban.

Actually, you did a Mic Check. Donors cannot do mic checks because donors cannot force other players to use their mics. And I needed to see the player break the rule so I can punish them. If you mute the player, the player will just come back in 30 minutes and do it again. And I have proof of this. I will up load now. it once I am done doing something.

If he actually freekilled you had the right to do a votemute.
Donators are allowed to do mic checks, but people don't have to actually answer those.
It is amazing that you want to help, next time thou. Go to #requesthelp in Discord so things like this doesn't happen again.
So basically, going to watch the demo now. If you votemuted him for freekilling, okay. If you votemuted thanks to a mic check, not great.

I believe you wanted to do good. If the person freekilled, you're not guilty of anything. If he just didn't have a mic and you muted him, then you broke a rule but I still don't think you should be banned for 3 days, let alone your donor taken away.

The demo by the way that Suicide posted is completely useless.
A warning would be sufficient or a 1 day ban at most, that is if you're guilty at all. @II Suicide II <3

Indeed, but they are still "allowed" to do it basically, only if it doesn't interfere with the round that is.
