On what servers do you usually play on, and which servers would you like to moderate?
x1000 Highertower 85.117.240.57:27035
I would also like to moderate this server specifically since it's the only one I play on.
Why would you like to become a moderator?
I would like to become a moderator because it will help me with punishing rule breakers since whenever I get one most of the time I run into 1 or 2 people breaking rules. It is usually NSFW sprays, NSFW Objector, or slurs in the text chat and sometimes even voice chat.
Since I don't have any donator perks, I usually do a report in the discord server. At a time, it was so common that Ash Shaw and I are in direct communication with each other where I would take a pic of my screen with the offense(s) and who did it. This was before the spray ID plugin was broken or removed. So now that it's broken or removed, I would like to be a moderator since, on another server an admin was capable of spraying anyone's sprays so if they sprayed NSFW, they would know exactly who did it. I am not sure if this is the same for BlackWonder however or if they have a different way of telling whose spray is who's.
In conclusion I want to become a moderator because of rule breakers being common when I happen to get on and I don't have to wait for a punishment to be dealt. Making the process faster since I am on there a good amount of the time at night.

How often do you play TF2?
It varies depending on the current situation. If there are no new games or updates to other games I play I can easily play TF2 daily or almost daily. When a new game or update is out I can get distracted by those and it can end up making TF2 become weekly, semi weekly, or even monthly depending on what it is.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
Since I desire to moderate the x1000 Highertower server and with what I usually run into here is how I would dish out punishment.
NSFW Sprays = Spray ban until they do an appeal. Similar to what happened to me when my spray fell under it, but I had no idea. So just a spray ban and if they repeat it, only a spray ban.
NSFW Objector = Use an admin text chat (Appears on screen for all players, doesn't say who typed it) with the message "(Player name) NSFW is not allowed, change your objector" if they do not do it within a couple minutes I will spray ban them, if I am correct, spray bans also effect Objector decals for that player.
Slurs in text chat / voice chat = Mute, Gag, or both depending on the circumstances. If it's text chat, mute for an hour, if it's voice chat, gag for an hour. If the user evades one of them by doing the other (i.e. muted, then typed slurs, hate speech, etc. in the text chat I will do both and extend both by an extra hour)
Mic Spam (Such as constantly playing music with little to no breaks) = Warning of the player using admin chat for them to stop or taking at least 5-minute break times, if not, mute for 30 minutes and will go up on repeat offenses.
Repeat offenses will result in longer mute / gag time unless an admin with more experience than me educates me for a possible permanent mute / gag.
For other rules of TF2 servers this is what I would do:
Cheating = Instant perm ban. Imagine cheating on a x1000 server.
Exploits = Depending what is it, either a slay on the player up to a temp ban.
Advertising cheats = 24 hour ban, since even as a joke it breaks the rules I will treat it as such.
Calling out undercover admin = Whether it is myself or another, mute and or gag for an hour or until whoever we suspect of breaking a rule is dealt with or found as innocent.
Spawncamping = Rarely happens on x1000 due to the weapons being OP and even having RTD as a backup. Should this happen, slay the spawncamper(s) or force the RTD of god mode onto the team that is stuck for a short duration.
Griefing = I usually see players on x1000 healing enemy players. If they do this to a player that is just being friendly or relaxing away from an area of battle I don't mind. However, healing enemies that are actively looking for players to kill will result in a warning for that player. I'm sure this is fixed on the current Highertower map, but if somehow an Engineer gets a teleporter to get an enemy Spy into his spawn to spawncamp I will destroy the buildings and warn the Engineer. If repeated the Engineer is kicked, if again, temp ban for an hour, after that it will have temp bans be longer.
Is there any other information you would like us to know about?
For relevant information I am autistic so when in communication you might need to be specific with certain things. I mention this since I do have a hard time detecting sarcasm, especially if it's just text chat unless it's obvious (such as spelling like ThIs) or I know the person to know it is a joke or sarcasm. I do make sure that if I punish someone it is because they said or typed something in TF2 multiple times, so I know it is a rule break.
I have over 5K hours on TF2 and have been playing since either 2011 or 2012 I do not remember exactly which year.
I am in the discord server with multiple reports that resulted in punishments for players. From NSFW sprays and objectors, mic spam, and slurs in text chat.
I have OBS so I can record rule breaking such as voice chat, otherwise I do take pictures using Steam for most of my reports.
