i did manage a csgo Surf RPG server about 2 years ago on SwiftIL community and i was responsible for the entire gamemode. making sure the server plugins works correctly, moderatoring the server for any bad behavior, hosting funny events on the server to make players engage more like "hide and seek" and "simon says"

Why would you like to become a moderator?
i want to help fix the one and only acual good plugin vsh community server alive with daily players but in order to do that i need to resolve all of the issues that the server currently have (oh boy i can name a lot)
since CRIS seems like a busy man i have to take the matter into my own hands

a lot in fact too much i have 11k hours on game and another 3k hours on my brothers account

in vsh if someone is purposefully delaying the round i would first warn them that what they are doing is bad and if they pressist and keep ruining the experience of other players on the server i would /slay them and properly explain to them that delaying the round is bad

while we are here might aswell list the major issues with the vsh server

1. the reason why the server is dying. as you probably already know the eu vsh server is mostly empty. have you ever wondered why? well its because when new players that have never played on the server before join for the first time are not able to properly download the vsh hale's model files resulting in the player playing any hale boss appear to them as a big red ERROR model and no this is not an issue with game not accepting the download as i checked it myself when i deleted my tf2 downloads folder and tried to join the server. older players are not effected by this because they already got the hales models from the time it wasn't broken so they are able to play normaly while new players that discover the server cry in chat for help on why the hale boss is ERROR sign leading to them never joining the server again

2. the bots. specifically the fucking aggressive rasist ai assistant that is replaying as the bots in chat. i have seen quite a lot of people hating on them and just wishing they had the ability to mute them so they can escape the constant chat spam

3. messed up hale hitbox. i swear this is not a skill issue the hale's head hitbox is simply not there and because of that weapons like the spy's Ambassitor that is completely useless because of this and sniper's Bazaar Bargain not being able to headshot is just being a worst version of stock atp.

This is a good start but it's very incomplete. We are looking to see that you know the rules of the server, both general and gamemode specific. We would also like to see whether or not you understand how they're punished, and for how long. Please come back to this section and add more to it when you can.

1. Delaying the Round:
if someone is delaying the round, I would first warn them through chat or voice, saying that delaying ruins the fun of others players and is not allowed by the rules. if they keep delaying after the warning, I would /slay them to end the round forcibly and clearly explain the reason for the action. if the same player keeps doing it in the next few rounds or on the next few occasions, I would escalate to a kick for repetitive disruption. If they keep doing it even after they get back, I would issue a short ban (30–60 minutes) for persistent round delaying.

2. Camping:
if someone is camping in an area that's clearly not ideal for their class or role, I would first ask them to move and let them know that camping isn't allowed. if they refuse to listen or persist with camping in future rounds, I would slay or kick them depending on how much it's affecting the match. Repeat offenses would result in a short ban (30–60 minutes) for persistent camping.

3. Being Friendly:
if players are being friendly with the boss (not fighting or letting the boss win/lose on purpose), I would start with a chat/voice warning that being friendly ruins the purpose of VSH. if they persist after a warning, I would kill them or kick them depending on the impact it has on the game. If repeated constantly, it would result in a short ban for being friendly.
