Why would you like to become a moderator?
I want to be a BlackWonder Staff member because I have been part of Black Wonder for quite some time, and playing different BlackWonder community servers to see more experiences as a user, but also as a moderator. I've been a staff member here before on the servers like VSH, DB, and JB. I've been thinking about returning for a while now, I'm sure with my experiences, I can bring back a friendly but also a safe environment to the servers.
As a social person, I enjoy talking to new people on the server and have made many friends recently, which has improved my gameplay. I'm always as friendly as possible with others to create friendships, and I make it more enjoyable. Always having a fun time playing on such an active and friendly community. I'm also online for around 6 hours on weekends, 4-5 hours a day, therefore I see a lot of blatant rule breaking, and knowing that I rarely see any staff online in my timezone, this gave me a bigger idea of coming back.
There are currently numerous reasons as to why I would want to become a BlackWonder Staff member on the BlackWonder community servers. One of the biggest reasons is the recent blatant increase in rule-breakers. I have noticed a low number of moderators and administrators online in the morning and late at night. I personally know that many players who want to play the server without people joining the game and rule-breaking or insulting & disrespecting them in chat.
I do not want players to leave the server just because none of them decided to mess around. I've always wanted to join the staff team in this community because I have heard some of my friends say that I should return to make the servers outstanding either way I always loved being a staff member to make people not only happy but as I already said above but also safe. I also have many experiences being a staff member on other games, for example, Garry's Mod, also known as Gmod & Rust.

During workdays, 4-5 hours a day & weekends, around 6-8 hours, these hours can change if so, there are plans for the weekend.

1. You join the server and play for a bit. Half an hour later, you encounter a rule breaker during your game session, and you see him interacting in the voice chat by mic spamming and/or chat spamming to annoy other users in the community. My first step would be to warn him and notify him in chat or voice chat. If the user does not comply, I will take strict action and mute them in voice chat.

After around 5-10 minutes of watching the cheater and having clear evidence that he is cheating, I will save the recording and upload it privately to provide proof that he is cheating. If the proof is requested, I will simply permanently ban him.

To explain why I left the staff team previously, I was falling behind in real life with tasks I needed to complete from school, and at times it triggered me. Therefore, I decided to leave without giving anyone a formal notice or warning, except for a simple DM to the management team. Some people make mistakes, but that does not make them a bad person. It can reflect how humans truly are. I'd rather make a mistake than strive for unattainable perfection. I do have a warning on my record, and this is the first time I've received a warning or anything else since I joined this community on 10/3/2022 (Reason: illegal hnc) (Sunday, June 8, 2025). I would love to re-enter this amazing staff team to enhance gameplay and share my experiences with all of you.

16. I'm currently operating as an admin in Spectate or playing, and I've found out that the warden isn't enforcing Red's repeats where it's a valid repeat. I will be giving him a warning in chat explaining that he has to provide repeats if it's a valid repeat being done at the same time, writing a warning on his Steam ID.

17. While playing as red or blue and spectating, I encountered a user refusing to go Warden and using the commands !-/uw for some reason. I will be slaying him and explaining this in /a (Admin mode chat) after doing it again, or if he has already received it prior for the same reason, I will move up the protocol list, giving the correct punishment.

18. As the current admin online, and I encounter a user delaying the round on purpose, I will issue a warning to their Steam ID and also provide a verbal warning in-game by /a, explaining the reason and why. If the user has already been punished for this before, I will be going up the protocols to give the correct punishment to the user.

19. I encounter a user ghosting multiple times while I'm online as an admin. I will be moving forward with the protocols and will give the correct punishment.

21 After some time playing, you encounter a user freekilling somebody for no reason and start keeping a close eye on him, also slaying him if it is blatant, also explaining in /a giving a verbal warning if so this has happened again or before recently I will be moving up the protocols and giving out the correct punishment. This goes the same for freehitting blatantly.

22. After some time playing, you encounter a user who is free killing freedays for no reason. I will start by slaying him, also explaining in /a giving a verbal warning if so, this has happened again or before, I will be moving up the protocols and giving out the correct punishment.

23. A user is showing an obvious sign of favoritism, I will slay him, giving also a verbal warning in /a (Admin chat mode), giving an explanation that you aren't allowed to favor reds at any time. If this has happened before or again, I will move up the protocols, giving the correct punishment.

24. When encountering a user going to an unreachable place, it is most of the time uncommon but does happen. I will, most of the time, give a verbal warning in chat as /a telling him to move. If the user doesn't, I will simply slay him, also explaining again in /a. If the user has passed prior, I will move forward with the proctors giving the correct punishments.

25. Warden hogging, if a user start warden hogging by forcing warden a few times over and over for example he doesn't trust the other blues to go warden, I will simply slay him als explaining him he can't keep forcing warden just because you can't trust another blue. If the user has past offenses, I will move forward with the protocols, giving out the correct punishment.

26. Round starts, the user goes warden and starts his orders, and at the moment in Deathrun, for example, he gives an order saying it's the left trap, meanwhile it isn't, it's the middle, making the warden lie to the reds. I will slay the warden, giving out/a message explaining why, if the user has past proiores, I will move forward with the protocols and give out the correct punishment.

27. As warden, you gain some permissions, for example, the Line Laser giving you permissions to use a laser with tracking where you pressed the bind. If the warden starts using it for no reason and starts using the laser to cover the whole map, or any other examples using it irresponsibly. The user will receive a warning, also a verbal warning in /, explaining why, if the user ignores it, simply slay him, if the user has past proiores, I will move forward with the protocols, giving out the correct punishment.

To explain why I left the staff team previously, I was falling behind in real life with tasks I needed to complete from school, and at times it triggered me. Therefore, I decided to leave without giving anyone a formal notice or warning, except for a simple DM to the management team. Some people make mistakes, but that does not make them a bad person. It can reflect how humans truly are. I'd rather make a mistake than strive for unattainable perfection. I do have a warning on my record, and this is the first time I've received a warning or anything else since I joined this community on 10/3/2022 (Reason: illegal hnc) (Sunday, June 8, 2025). I would love to re-enter this amazing staff team to enhance gameplay and share my experiences with all of you.
I believe that when the Trial Moderator role was introduced, it was to assess how people perform, giving users at least a chance for experience.
