To quit making report forums and stop people from fighting, arguing and causing dramas. Also stopping the rule breakers (only the people who try to do this and try to avoid their punishment).

Just for fun & hangout. I like to make some contents around TF2 like jailbreak, Class war, Etc. Even helping people out. I'm mostly on TF2 whenever I want to. Although I have works to do IRL. But I'm free on all times of wednesday & weekends.

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
If someone made a accident illegal order or freekill and they didn't realize it. Then I don't punish & respects them. If someone actually attempt to. They'll get warned. If someone kept harassing their targets like me, Ana, Icos, Etc. Then they'll be told to stop or warned. If they kept going for every rounds. They'll be muted. If they continue to write it in chat. Then they'll be gagged. Only for 3 days. If neccesary. 1 week. Someone doing ban evading or bypassing. They'll just be banned with the same amount of punishment time

Is there any other information you would like us to know about?
If I have found out something about server rules that I don't know, I would like to know that before I get rid of the problems around, because if there's something that is illegal. I would go to the staff channel and ask one of the admins if there is anything I don't know. I also want to know how moderation works before I join. I also want to learn how to properly punish people for any form of harassment towards anyone if i'm hearing it ingame vc's & chats.

Heya Kev, nice to see you are applying again. I will be giving a preliminary review of your application as well as some of my thoughts on you becoming staff.

You have a decent amount of playtime which is nice, with relatively great logs.

This is incorrect. Your last application was posted on December 14 2024 and declined three days later on the 17th.

Just for reference for anyone reading, this includes a 3 day teamban on April 19th, as well as a forum ban if my memory serves me well. However you do have an extensive history of punishments to consider outside of the 60 days range, including two perms.

While we don't necessarily require punishment ladders in applications, they act as a good way to show understanding of punishment structures as per the guide. If this section could be improved a bit that would be great.

Its always great having staff members who are bilingual as part of the team, as it allows us to cover more area just in case situations come up where a player isn't as well versed in English. This could potentially be helpful if you were to become staff.

Now some points regarding some specifics mentioned on this application and some concerns I hold about you becoming staff on blackwonder.

I think it is suffice to say Kev that you are a controversial figure within the community. Be it from your frequent misunderstandings/misinterpretations of the rules in the past, how you generally interact with the community/other members of it, members from outside the community causing trouble here because of your alleged actions in other ones, in addition to various other aspects, you have a reputation that can't be ignored. While we do not condone any harrassment of players and will punish anyone caught doing so, we still need to consider how a potential staff member will be percieved by/interact with the community, irregardless of the reputation being justified or not.

Unfortunately in this case Kev, I find that at some point when drama keeps involving the same individual, you need to take out the common denominator to figure out what is causing it. While I know that you mean well, I find that you are central to a solid amount of situations that I and the rest of the staff team has had to deal with ever since you started to become known in 2023 onwards. While I won't go over and give a breakdown of every individual one since I am not an author, we can't have a staff member who consistently gets into conflict with other members of the community and occasionally staff themselves. We have certain expectation that we need to uphold that I don't think you will be able to reach that completely. Especially since at one point 10k himself got involved and banned you over your inability to stay out of trouble among other reasons.

The fact that you singled out yourself, Ana and Icos in this concerns me. While I agree there are definately those associated with the community that make a target of the three of you, I am worried that your definition of this might end up extending to whoever happens to mildly disagree with you. This is considering the fact of how far you have taken things and handled situations in the past. I don't think this is something worth risking if we were to make you staff.

I believe my concern also extends to your current understandings of the rules and how you would enforce them on the servers if given the opportunity of joining the staff team. It was only in April where you were still getting punished for not understanding how aspects of the gamemode/rules work. If it was a one off punishment it would be understandable but you have a long and consistent track record of not properly understanding the rules as evident by your punishment log. This shows to me that you still lack the necessary understanding of the jailbreak rules in order to moderate for it.

Overall, while you do mean well Kev, it is of my belief and opinion that you still lack the emotional maturity and knowledge of the gamemode to become staff. In addition, your controversial nature within the community will end up causing more harm that good if you were allowed to join. This, among some other lesser but still relevant reasons, is why I don't believe you will be a good fit.

Hi Kev,

I will be declining your application.

You ridicule everyone that you report and threaten anyone who reports you. You also insert yourself into a lot of situations you have no part in. It's really hard to believe that you want to stop drama when you relish in continuing it or being its source.

I don't think I've ever had a positive interaction with you. Not too long ago I had to sit down with you and explain that you cannot evade a teamban for warden hogging simply because "you don't trust the other guard to do it right."

You don't have the maturity we're looking for in staff. I know you like to make a point to follow feedback from staff and let us know you're doing it, but I can't really give you a guide for that.
