Hello BlackWonder Staff,
I admit I do not spend as much time on the forums like at all so if there was a vote or discussion about anything that I am going to suggest below about the server below. I do apologize however hope you still will read.
Server: BlackWonder NYC | Hightower x10 + Crits
Back when I first started playing on this server it was a great get away, as well as the players and the community online was fantastic. Every day I got on there were almost always 10+ players on most days the server was full, to the point where I donated just so I could get access to the server while all the non-donor spots were full. I had to take a month or two break due to school and work. I was excited to finally be able to get back on, I was going to donate again, then decided not to. When I got back on I quickly discovered that the Sticky Bomb Launcher was nerfed along with a few other weapons. As well as everyday I got on the server was never full it always had zero players online. There are a few cases where I got on and finally there were other players like 5 or 10 but they quickly would diminish.
Then theres today, I get on grab the atomizer and that is now nerfed. My big question is, WHY? Why are all the weapons getting nerfed? As annoying as the weapons were, it is what made up the community of players that came on every day. Now none of those players are online. The other huge change is it is no longer an instant restart on the map. I don't see a need for extra time for a bloodbath when it is already a bloodbath. Unless staff come on the server just under another account or they don't have tags. I have never actually seen any staff on this server, besides 2010wolf | Blw.tf who has been very helpful for a few situations in the past.
So my suggestion is to undo all the changes that you put in place since late September. As far as nerfing weapons go. The aesthetics of the server and the chat look great, those changes I do enjoy.
Other factors: I do understand that the loss of players could be contributed to the release of Overwatch. However knowing that most schools across the U.S. are currently off for the holidays I would think there would still be a large number of players on the server.
