Resolved Current list of problems with US JB

1. Ping Issues - As is known across all US Servers there are currently ping issues - Status: Temporary Patch
2. Donor Missing - People with donor do not have their donor commands, tags or colours available. - Status: Fixed
3. ItemServer down for US JB - Simply states the server is not connected to the TF2 itemserver - Status: Fixed
4. TFStats not tracking US JB - Sessions not updating on the site as well as !place showing 0 points for everybody - Status: Fixed
5. Server Items (!shop, !inv and credits) not working - Commands relating to credits state an error and messages displaying the earning of credits do not appear - Status: Fixed

We're already looking into half of these things, whilst the other half is on the waiting list.
We only have so much manpower and time to investigate.
