Lag on US hale servers

Ping is sky rocketing for me and a lot of other US players but its only on the US hale servers. NY works fine and so does other game modes. Please fix this issue its un-playable! Many of these players say they are from US as well.

I am US as well and experiencing a similar issue on the 85.117.240.56:27030 vsh_reservoir server. Significantly higher ping than usual, with intermittent spikes that cause the game to entirely freeze for periods of 10-15 seconds.

Could you drop the IP?
Is there any regularity to the lag? during specific times, with a specific amount of players etc?
I'll see if we can launch an investigation into the cause.
