I knew there was a spy nearby and i knew that he didn't die cuz i didn't see it in the kill-feed so i just randomly shot in a straight line of a very thin ramp with a pretty high chance of hitting the spy and you think that's enough proof?

You hear the Spy use the teleporter and so you shoot randomly towards the direction of the teleporter in hopes of catching the Spy with a stray bullet but that isn't the most interesting part; you look down at the ramp (seeing the Spy with your obvious ESP) and then quickly look back to the teleporter (because you didn't actually expect to see a Spy just standing there) just before flicking back to the Spy and no-scoping him (I'm guessing you thought headshotting him would be too obvious). If someone was indeed telling you where the Spy was, you would've needed to adjust your aim instead of staring twice right at the Spy.
