Why were you punished?
I got Permanent Ban for aim botting but that's not the case I got falsely banned for having such a big ping because I was playing on a US server so I do get a lot of ping (I live in Asia)
Why should we revoke your punishment?
Yes, I got falsely banned because of high ping so the system thinks that i'm aim botting
